By supporting finance, governance, project execution, operations, office administration, and regulatory activities, the role helps Scatec maintain strong project oversight and smooth collaboration across business units.What you’ll be doing Financial Management:<ul> <li>Maintain working relationship with external service providers (accounting, auditors etc.).</li> <li>Update &amp; improve the Financial Models and cash flow tools monthly.</li> <li>Conduct financial analysis on profitability, cash flow and financial model results (budget to actual, trend etc.).</li> <li>Support Asset Manager to cooperate with the Finance team to enable the finance team to prepare all finance documents including financial statements, group reporting, tax returns, etc.</li> <li>Prepare invoices, monitor collection of revenues &amp; submit to customer.</li> <li>Receive and approve incoming invoices.</li> <li>Identify and propose operating cost reduction initiative.</li> <li>Liaise with the account bank(s) and execute bank transactions.</li> <li>Prepare annual budgets for Project Companies.</li></ul> Corporate Governance, &amp; Reporting:<ul> <li>Prepare the following reporting for shareholders, lenders and management</li> <li>Board packs;</li> <li>Operating reports;</li> <li>Compliance certificates;</li> <li>Lenders’ reporting packs; and</li> <li>Management accounts.</li> <li>Preparing information, minutes &amp; resolutions for the Board meetings or the General Assemblies of local companies.</li> <li>Monitor key regulations and laws applicable to the companies and renewable industry.</li> <li>Monitor &amp; report on compliance with key covenants under contracts.</li></ul>  Operational Oversight of Project Companies:<ul> <li>Monitor the plant’s electricity production, downtime and performance, in cooperation with the O&amp;M Contractor prepare production root cause analysis.</li> <li>Analyse the variation proposals received from the O&amp;M or EPC Contractors.</li> <li>Review or prepare cost estimates related to corrective maintenance, spare parts and warranties.</li></ul> Other Tasks:<ul> <li>Support the local and global project organization beyond the local Finance &amp; Asset Management Team in Asset Management process development.</li></ul> Your work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes. What you’ll gain:<ul> <li>Professional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one</li> <li>Hands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.</li> <li>Exposure to complex stakeholder environments, including communities, contractors, organised labour, local authorities, and industry bodies.</li> <li>The opportunity to develop specialised expertise in industrial relations, community engagement, and social risk management within large-scale renewable energy projects.</li></ul> What you’ll bring: Education:<ul> <li>Degree in law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration preferably at Masters level.</li> <li>At least 3-5 years of working experience within the areas of contract management, project-related asset management or project finance-related banking or advisory, corporate finance or controlling.</li></ul>Experience (desired):<ul> <li>Renewable energy industry &amp; Power market exposure.</li> <li>Experience with Project Finance &amp; Contract Management is an advantage.</li> <li>Experience with legal contract interpretation, review and administration.</li> <li>Experience in budgeting and cashflow management</li> <li>Regulatory knowledge of Energy Markets</li></ul>Language: fluent both written and spoken in English and Romanian language  What it’s like to work at ScatecAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
