<p> </p><ul><li>Lead an effective bid team, identify and brief contributors from across the business and manage, motivate and support them throughout the programme.</li><li>Oversee reviews of the quality and commercial content and legal compliance.</li><li>Drive the process to research the client’s aspirations and share this knowledge and intelligence with the team.</li><li>Support the all business line leaders to compete planning and go/no-go meetings for key bids, convert opportunities to bids, develop pursuit plans, assist in developing and monitoring bid schedules.</li><li>Contribute to winning bid strategies, providing insight from previous winning proposals and share useful re-usable content with the pursuit teams.</li><li>Coordinate proposal responses, working closely with technical team leaders and marketing team.</li><li>Develop the requirements for each bid in a clear and understandable way.</li><li>Manage and maintain version control for bid documents and issue them to the appropriate functions for response/review/signature in line with the bid programme.</li><li>Support the business lines to drive professionalism and efficiency in the team and on the bids on which they work.</li><li>Active management of update of CVs (including thumbnail staff images)</li><li>Active management of the projects pipeline to ensure opportunities are recorded, pursued and maximised to support fee conversion and monthly sources of revenue analysis.</li></ul>
