Join us and play a key role in shaping the integrity and effectiveness of customer master data across the EMEA region.Responsibilities / Tasks<div>As our Regional Customer Data Steward EMEA, you will be the go-to expert for customer master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the NPE division.</div><ul><li>Own and monitor customer master data quality for the assigned region for the NPE division</li><li>Enforce GEA Group and divisional customer data standards, policies, and governance rules</li><li>Execute and steer deduplication, merging, obsoletion, and cleansing activities</li><li>Support and coach local customer data stewards and build a regional steward community</li><li>Act as escalation point for complex customer master data cases (e.g. duplicates, unclear account hierarchies)</li><li>Support SAP S/4HANA (MDG‑C) and CRM operations and ensure compliance with customer data workflows</li><li>Support Transform360 data readiness, including data quality monitoring and validation</li><li>Provide transparency on data quality KPIs, risks, and improvement progress</li><li>Perform testing of data related changes in CRM/MDG, raise defects, and provide concrete feedback to central product/process teams</li><li>Document operating procedures/SOPs and work instructions for regional execution (request validation, enrichment rules, approvals, escalation paths), and keep them current</li><li>Collaborate daily with Sales, Service, Finance and Data Governance counterparts to unblock requests and ensure smooth order to cash handoffs (e.g., correct addresses/VAT to prevent invoice rejections)</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<div><ul><li>Experience in Master Data Management, preferably customer master data</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Customer Master and MDG-C</li><li>Experience with CRM systems, preferably Sales &amp; Service Cloud</li><li>Experience in a B2B, industrial, or project-based business environment is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively across functions, teams, and regions</li><li>A structured, detail-oriented mindset with the confidence to enforce standards in a matrix organization</li><li>Fluent in English.
