We are looking for a highly experienced digital marketing expert who can elevate the digital presence, performance, and technical excellence of GEA NPE (Nutrition Plant Engineering). This role will set the standard, shape best practices, and guide the broader marketing organization in how to think and execute digitally. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will optimize the full digital ecosystem for NPE — from SEO, SEM and GEO to marketing automation, UX, and the divisional web landscape. You will act as the subject-matter authority, partnering with our marketing teams, Group Communications &amp; Brand (GCB) and others to ensure that NPE’s digital customer journey is seamless, modern, and data-driven.Responsibilities / TasksKey ResponsibilitiesDigital Ownership &amp; Excellence<ul><li>Own and optimize NPE’s divisional website</li><li>Define and enable digital best practices across SEO, SEM, GEO, UX, and performance measurement</li><li>Lead continuous optimization (A/B testing, UX improvements, content structure)</li></ul>Search, Discoverability &amp; Performance<ul><li>Drive advanced SEO, SEM and GEO activity, including:<ul><li>Technical SEO and site health</li><li>Content optimization for both traditional search engines and generative AI-driven discovery</li><li>Keyword, topic and intent strategy</li></ul></li><li>Act as the go-to-expert for search, discoverability and digital visibility across the NPE division</li><li>Translate search and GEO insights into practical guidance for content creators and campaign teams</li></ul>Marketing Automation &amp; Distribution<ul><li>Support and guide marketers in using marketing automation tools for nurturing, segmentation, scoring, and campaign workflows</li><li>Oversee high-quality digital content distribution and landing page experiences</li><li>Ensure tracking, tagging, and reporting setups meet analytics standards</li></ul>Cross-Functional Partnership<ul><li>Work closely with GCB and others to align templates, infrastructure, and platform roadmaps</li><li>Act as the technical and strategic partner to BU marketers for:<ul><li>campaign page creation</li><li>content upload and formatting</li><li>SEO and GEO-ready content structuring</li><li>technical aspects of webinars (registration flow, tracking, integrations)</li></ul></li><li>Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to the wider team, helping elevate digital maturity across NPE</li></ul>Quality &amp; Governance<ul><li>Ensure digital output meets brand, content, UX, accessibility, and compliance standards</li><li>Maintain documentation, guidelines, and training materials to drive consistency</li><li>Recommend improvements and innovations to enhance NPE’s digital experience</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, or digital experience management</li><li>Proven experience in GEO</li><li>Proven track record in managing complex web ecosystems, landing page optimization, and content management systems (Sitecore preferred)</li><li>Deep understanding of SEO principles (technical + content), UX fundamentals, and analytics tools</li><li>Hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar)</li><li>Ability to work in an international environment, coordinating with central functions and regional teams</li><li>Fluent in English.
