From the knowledge management perspective the role will be responsible for managing the acquisition, organization, sharing, and maintenance of Planet’s knowledge base. This will be tightly integrated with AI Agent management to ensure accurate and relevant recommendations are provided as well as identifying gaps and corrective actions with existing knowledge content.You will build solid relationships  with customer engineering, product management, and education teams to ensure information related to product releases, known issues, best practices, and troubleshooting processes are accessible internally and externally.
