Through our Horizon 2030 strategy, we're evolving into a more disciplined, high-performing global Group — and we're looking for talented people who want to contribute to this long-term strategic journey.<h2>ABOUT THE ROLE</h2><div>Aliaxis UK is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director – Building Services &amp; Industrial to lead the growth and development of one of our most important business sectors across the UK and Ireland.This is a leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering the commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue and margin growth, and leading a high-performing national sales organisation. Working closely with customers, industry partners and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in strengthening our market position while driving innovation, customer focus and operational excellence.</div><h2>WHAT YOU WILL DO</h2><div><ul><li>Develop and execute the sales and commercial strategy across the Building Services &amp; Industrial markets.</li><li>Lead, inspire, and develop a national sales team to achieve ambitious growth objectives.</li><li>Drive revenue, profitability, pricing strategies, and commercial performance across the region.</li><li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, distribution partners, contractors, consultants, and developers.</li><li>Lead major project engagement and influence product specification opportunities.</li><li>Utilise CRM, Power BI, and market insights to support data-driven decision making.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer value.</li><li>Represent the business at industry forums, customer meetings, and strategic partnership events.</li><li>Oversee forecasting, budgeting, commercial governance, and performance reporting.</li></ul></div><h2>ABOUT YOU</h2><div>We're looking for a commercially driven sales leader who thrives on building relationships, developing teams, and delivering growth.You will have:<ul><li>Proven sales leadership experience within construction, building services, industrial, or related markets.</li><li>A strong track record of driving revenue growth and commercial performance.</li><li>Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.</li><li>A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to delivering results.</li><li>Confidence using market insights, CRM systems, and data to support decision-making.</li><li>The ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions and influence at all levels.</li></ul></div>Experience within the plastic piping systems sectors would be highly advantageous.
