Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Execute engineering tasks and provide technical support to the Process Engineering team.</li><li>Participate in the development, adjustment, and optimization of medical device assembly processes.</li><li>Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including engineering builds and process validations.</li><li>Execute and document equipment and process qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).</li><li>Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure process stability.</li><li>Prepare protocols, technical reports, and required documentation for validations and process changes.</li><li>Apply problem-solving methodologies and tools to improve performance, quality, and productivity.</li><li>Provide support in quality investigations related to manufacturing processes.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, or a related technical field, or at least 50% completed coursework toward a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Materials Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>2 to 3 years of proven experience as a technician in manufacturing environments.</li><li>Knowledge of process validation and technical documentation in regulated environments.</li><li>Basic to intermediate English level (A2 or higher).</li><li>Basic knowledge of data analysis and technical problem-solving.</li><li>Experience in the medical device industry or regulated manufacturing.</li><li>Basic knowledge of ERP systems or process monitoring software.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Minitab and design software such as SolidWorks.</li></ul>NO‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
