Ensures training is provided for effective performance.</li><li>Adheres to Company policies and procedures.</li><li>Participate and update information of Daily Tier meetings at production floor.</li><li>Provide accurate and up-to-date reporting about KPI’s related to production areas.</li><li>Participate in resolving problems or concerns that arise during the manufacturing process.</li><li>Maintains a clean and safe work area. Wears required Personal Protective Equipment. Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures.</li><li>Engages in practice a safe working environment for the operators by actively participating in Safety, Ergonomics and Environmental (SEE) programs.</li><li>Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.</li><li>Participates in Kaizen events to improve the methods of manufacturing, workflow, and quality of production.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Industrial Engineering Bachelor’s degree or similar.</li><li>2 to 3 years of manufacturing management experience in regulated industry such as medical device and/or healthcare products manufacturing in an engineering and production/assembly environment. </li><li>3 to 5 years Leadership and Molding proven experience.</li><li>Experience in a metric driven culture specific experience in LEAN principles (Plus).</li><li>Accurate and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to effectively prioritize and execute projects/ task while balancing multiple projects and adhering to strict deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in the use of PC and programs, particularly Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, (oral and written).</li><li>Positive attitude and with ability to lead, coach and train others, willingness to learn.</li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
