Responsible to contribute to the company’s financial targets while meeting all deliverables and milestones for the project.Key Accountabilities<ul><li>The Senior Project Manager has the overall projects supervision and is responsible for their project P&amp;L.</li><li>Coordinate the team regarding resources allocations within the projects with the Project Portfolio Director / Project Director,</li><li>monitor and control the Projects and reports on the overall performance.  </li><li>Drive project execution and controlling until contract closure, supporting the team with a particular focus on:</li><li>Managing performance, costs, schedule, quality, and risks &amp; opportunities for mitigation actions.</li><li>Managing interface with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction for the project(s). </li><li>Understanding product development dependencies</li><li>Implementing with the support of Operations (PMO) a solid and comprehensive EAC process, sales and cash forecasts and risks &amp; opportunities management</li><li>Follow Group processes, methods, tools and practices to deliver projects </li><li>Monitoring the performance of the different activities in all work packages.</li><li>Ensuring lessons learned and drive Projects execution towards continuous improvement. This covers, in particular, direct contribution to Transformation plans and execution of postmortem Projects lessons learnt.</li><li>Managing URS Projects Management resources in their project(s), ensuring their optimum competence, development, satisfaction, supporting the Company’s footprints and SBP business goals</li><li>Ensuring the development and training of Project skills and expertise to ensure that the required level is achieved and sustained</li><li>Possess the ability to share vision and demonstrate direction from a leadership perspective, thus fostering a single path for the projects team in their project(s). Furthermore, demonstrate strength with compassion, creating an environment where the project team is motivated and focused on the objectives.</li><li>Display strong communications skills ensuring clarity with senior management, key customers and the projects teams of their projects.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>15 years of experience in related industry or from technical/aerospace field</li><li>5 -10 years of experience as a project manager with people management / leadership experience</li><li>University degree in Engineering (Electronic, Telecommunications, or Informatics) or equivalent experience gained through professional practice.</li><li>Strong technical expertise in Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) railway signaling system</li><li>Previous experience leading international projects in a matrix environment</li><li>Able to deliver under pressure.</li><li>PMP or IPMA</li><li>Located in GTA area</li></ul>Base Salary:  $128,825 – $162,319 The Company provides an extensive benefits program for all full-time employees working 24 or more hours per week and their eligible dependents, including the following:<ul><li>Health, Dental and Vision plans - 100% of premiums are company-paid </li><li>Retirement Savings Plan with a company match</li><li>Company paid holidays - 3 weeks of vacation</li><li>Company provided Life and accident Insurance,  LTD </li><li>Worklife programs such as Flextime and a variety of Development and Training opportunities </li></ul> This posting relates to an existing vacancy.  Our hiring process uses both human and technology‑assisted (AI) tools to support candidate screening and assessment.
