And that’s where you come in.Job Description:<div>The Associate Project Procurement Manager (APPM) supports Bid and Project PPMs on high-complexity projects and/or independently manages low-complexity projects across the full supply chain lifecycle.The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and manage supply chain activities to streamline and secure end-to-end delivery for assigned projects.Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Support Bid PPM in preparing and maintaining the Acquisition/Supply Chain Management Plan for proposals</li><li>Prepare and maintain supply chain plans for low-complexity projects or customer extensions</li><li>Identify potential sources of supply in collaboration with Category teams</li><li>Identify procurement risks and provide mitigation strategies under supervision</li><li>Optimize purchasing mix (cost, schedule) for assigned proposals</li><li>Launch RFQs in coordination with Category Managers as defined in the plan</li><li>Execute projects by implementing the Acquisition/Supply Chain Management Plan, ensuring alignment of risks, cost, and schedule</li><li>Manage authorization processes for purchasing or manufacturing project equipment and spares</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering to ensure timely release of designs for procurement</li><li>Oversee full supply chain lifecycle, including:<ul><li>Demand allocation</li><li>Forecast management</li><li>RFQs and purchase orders</li><li>Delivery tracking</li></ul></li><li>Analyze MRP results, manage demand in SAP, and resolve planning exceptions</li><li>Support change management processes (including PCN implementation)</li><li>Develop and maintain supply chain performance reports using analytical tools</li><li>Ensure on-time delivery aligned with project milestones</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in Project Management or project-based environments</li><li>Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience in negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (preferably in a scientific or technical field)</li><li>Additional business education or relevant experience is an asset</li><li>SAP knowledge</li><li>Advanced Excel skills</li><li>Experience in project risk evaluation and mitigation planning</li><li>Ability to drive project completion within timelines</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>SAP knowledge</li><li>Advanced Excel skills</li><li>Experience in project risk evaluation and mitigation planning</li><li>Ability to drive project completion within timelines</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul>Total Compensation Range (Base Salary + Annual Incentive plan) : $79,000 - $102,500The Company provides an extensive benefits program for all full-time employees working 24 or more hours per week and their eligible dependents, including the following:<ul><li>Health, Dental and Vision plans - 100% of premiums are company-paid</li><li>Retirement Savings Plan with a company contribution and a match, and without vesting period</li><li>Company paid holidays - 3 weeks of vacation, Holiday closure, personal  emergency leave days and sick days</li><li>Maternity/Parental/Adoption top up pay</li><li>Annual Incentive plan</li><li>Company provided Life Insurance, STD and Employee Assistance Plan</li></ul>This posting relates to an existing vacancy.
