Perform hands-on vehicle diagnostics, data collection, signal validation, and component-level analysis to identify failure modes. Root Cause Analysis &amp; Resolution: Drive or support structured root cause investigations, differentiating between design, manufacturing, supplier, integration, and service-related issues. Partner with engineering teams to validate solutions and confirm corrective action effectiveness. Field Data Analytics: Utilize warranty data, vehicle telemetry, diagnostics, and field reports to identify trends, prioritize emerging issues, and quantify customer impact.
