This includes but is not limited to: wearing your seatbelt when the vehicle is in motion, safely exiting and entering the flow of traffic, using hands-free cellular features, and using proper lifting form. </li><li>Champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization identifying areas of opportunity and implementing new processes to meet business needs. Implements best practices and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures.  </li><li>Develops a highly effective leadership team by applying high standards for selection and continued performance; establishes clear and stretching goals, communicates and delegates key responsibilities, and actively utilizes all performance, development, and career tools, to their full potential.</li><li>Foster effective communication and collaboration among different departments including Inbound Logistics, FC Operations, and regional driver Hubs to ensure a cohesive and integrated supply chain. Together, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve on-time delivery and maintain a high customer approval rating. </li><li>Analyze data to prepare and issue performance reports, identifying areas of improvement.
