Over time, you will take ownership of your own digitalization and AI initiatives to power every journey - fast, joyful and without limits across Europe.     Improve and Optimize Business Processes <ul><li>Analyse end-to-end processes across business functions and identify bottlenecks, manual work, control gaps and improvement potential.</li><li>Challenge existing ways of working and develop pragmatic future-state processes with a focus on simplicity, scalability and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Facilitate workshops to understand current ways of working and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Create and maintainprocess documentation using BPMN standards.</li><li>Develop practical and scalable solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.</li></ul>Build and implement automation and digital solutions <ul><li>Design and build proof-of-concepts and prototypes using workflow automation, low-code, AIand other digital technologies.</li><li>Translate business problems into practical solution concepts and rapidly validate them with users.</li><li>Configure simple workflows, automations, digital assistants or reporting solutions independently where appropriate.</li><li>Work with IT, data teams, vendors and implementation partners when solutions require enterprise architecture, integrations, security review or production support.</li><li>Evaluate new tools and technologies based on business value, usability, scalability, risk and implementation effort.</li><li>Turn successful prototypes into sustainable solutions with clear ownership, documentation and support models</li></ul>Drive Transformation Projects <ul><li>Independently plan and deliver small to medium-sized cross-functional projects from initial problem definition through implementation and handover.</li><li>Structure project activities, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies. </li><li>Prepare fact-based decisions and escalate only where management input or trade-offs are required.</li><li>Contribute to larger strategic transformation initiatives as a work stream lead or subject-matter expert </li></ul>Drive Adoption and sustainable Change <ul><li>Support business teams throughout the implementation of new processes and solutions. </li><li>Coordinate communication, training, and adoption activities. </li><li>Establish clear process ownership, governance and documentation so improvements remain effective after project completion.</li><li>Collect feedback, monitor adoption and continuously improve implemented solutions.</li><li>Build trusted relationships across functions and act as a constructive challenger and implementation partner.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>3-5years of professional experience in ProcessManagement,  Digital Transformation, Operations Excellence, Business Analysis, automation or project management. </li><li>Proven experience implementing process improvements or digital solutions, not only analysing or documenting them.</li><li>Practical experience with at least one workflow automation, low-code, RPA or AI platform, such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SAP Build, UiPath, n8n, Make or a comparable solution.</li><li>Experience creating proof-of-concepts, prototypes or minimum viable solutions to validate ideas quickly.</li><li>Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation and to communicate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to independently manage small to medium-sized projects and deliver tangible results with limited supervision.</li><li>Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.</li><li>Structured and analytical problem-solving approach, combined with curiosity and a strong implementation mindset.</li><li>Ability to bridge business requirements and implementation activities.</li><li>Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. </li></ul>Nice to have <ul><li>Experience with process mining or process intelligence tools, such as Celonis or SAPS ignavio.</li><li>Knowledge of APIs, data integration, SQL or basic scripting.</li><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365 or enterprise workflow environments.</li><li>Lean Management or comparable continuous improvement training.</li><li>Experience working in an international, fast-growing or transformation-oriented organisation.</li></ul>
