Your Role <ul><li>Own performance: Take end-to-end ownership of battery performance for a portfolio of grid-scale BESS customers on our Predictive Battery Analytics Platform.</li><li>Turn insight into action: Interpret analytics results, identify what matters, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for customers.</li><li>Deliver business value: Understand each customer's business case and ensure our insights deliver real value to their business model.</li><li>Customer interface: Act as the trusted, customer-facing technical expert, presenting results and shaping customers' operational decisions.</li><li>European bridge: Act as the main interface between US customers and ACCURE's European Performance Engineering and technical teams.</li><li>Shape the roadmap: Help shape the product roadmap by working closely with our engineering and analytics teams and feeding back field learnings.</li></ul> Your Skills <ul><li>Battery expertise: Solid understanding of lithium-ion battery behavior, degradation, and safety in grid storage (BESS) applications.</li><li>Analytics interpretation: Ability to interpret analytics results and translate them into clear business impact for customers.</li><li>Commercial acumen: Strong ability to understand customer business cases and connect technical findings to business outcomes.</li><li>Diagnostic mindset: Proven ability to investigate complex technical problems and communicate root cause clearly.</li><li>Experience: 5+ years in energy storage or a related technical role; minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience; experience in the BESS industry highly preferred.</li><li>Communication: Confident, customer-facing communicator who presents technical findings clearly to customers and cross-functional stakeholders in English.</li><li>Location: You're based in the US (West Coast or Central preferred) and have a valid work permit. </li></ul> Our Offer <ul><li>Impact: Significant impact on product direction at a pivotal stage in the company's commercial model.</li><li>Work-life balance: Trust-based, flexible working hours and generous paid time off.</li><li>Compensation: Performance-based compensation plan (range depending on experience level).</li><li>Remote or office based: Work remotely from anywhere in the US, ideally West Coast or Central time zones.</li><li>Company events: Two 5-day company onsites per year.</li><li>Green future: A job that shapes the future and turns our planet greener one battery at a time.</li></ul>
