<h2>Overview</h2>What You’ll Be Doing The Junior Telecom Business Analyst role is a multiskilled, cross-functional position responsible for conducting user research, creating detailed PMO to FMO process flows, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into automated, digitized and scalable system and process needs. For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Document current and future-state processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders to drive process optimization</li> <li>Conduct User Research to create PMO and FMO end to end process documentation</li> <li>Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points, process improvement opportunities and strategic objectives and turn them into cost effective scalable system transformations</li> <li>Identify, qualify, and document automation and digitization opportunities, including site level workflows and system handoffs</li> <li>Perform data gathering and analysis for app rationalization and optimization decisions</li> <li>Work with stakeholders to standardized processes</li> <li>Manage intake, prioritization, and onboarding of new functionality requests</li> <li>Ensure final designs meet business needs while minimizing complexity and cost</li> <li>Document Feature and Epic level Business Requirements and Acceptance Criteria for hand off to development teams using standardized Scaled Agile Methodologies</li> <li>Ensure all requirements are clearly mapped to business value, measurable outcomes and downstream workflow impacts</li> <li>Act as a gateway between business needs and system capabilities</li> <li>Manage product backlog and prioritization and document Feature/Epics to drive multiple development teams simultaneously to ensure PI and sprint readiness</li> <li>Support Agile PI planning and dependency alignment across teams</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar roles</li> <li>Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) &amp; Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams</li> <li>Strong Agile knowledge, technical writing skills, data-driven analysis, and proficiency with collaboration tools</li> <li>Experience in performing data gathering and analysis for app rationalization and use in making optimization decisions</li> <li>Proven experience creating and development-ready Epics / Features and associated acceptance criteria including non-functional requirements</li> <li>Expertise in AI and automation technologies to support future-state process mapping, solutioning, and optimization opportunities (Workflow orchestration, AI-assisted decision-making)</li> <li>Proficient in technical writing to support creation of business requirements, implementation strategies, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans</li> <li>Experience facilitating meetings and mediating between cross-functional teams and stakeholders (in person and/or virtually)</li> <li>Skilled in stakeholder facilitation and communication to all levels of key stakeholders (Leadership to end users)</li> <li>Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives supporting large scale, multi organization environments, with experience applying these capabilities to high volume mission critical business processes.</li> <li>Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, Visio, etc.)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul> <li>Familiarity with Wireline and Wireless Plan-Design-Build processes</li> <li>Familiarity with workflow management systems and AI-driven automation tools </li> <li>Telecom build-cycle knowledge (wireless and wireline) and digital transformation initiatives</li> <li>RFDS processes and optimization frameworks</li> <li>Familiarity with user experience research methodologies</li> <li>High level understanding of SAS, IS BUS-System Integration</li></ul>Additional Information: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $78,000.
