We need engineers who share this passion for sustainability and thrive in designing energy efficient buildings and communities.  Our Building Services team are a source of world leading expertise and offer a pro-active and collaborative approach to skill development, and professional excellence.   At Cundall we strive to maintain a healthy balance between work and life.  Explore exciting career opportunities with us. <h2>The Role</h2>This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Building Services Technician to join the Mechanical team in our Chennai office and produce BIM Models &amp; CAD drawings for all stages of design on some of the most exciting building design projects in the world.  As part of our established team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, and working closely with colleagues of multidisciplines, you will produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies and will also develop design coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit into our current design practices. <h2>The Skills</h2>Having already been accredited with a relevant degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering and BIM modelling and having worked at BIM level 2, you have gained strong practical experience of using Revit in a similar building-based role, you are adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering and AutoCAD specialists.    You have sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM360, and have proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and crucially share Cundall’s passion for creative, sustainable, and intuitive design.    Knowledge working with ISO19650 standards and having datacentre experience will be an added advantage.   Job Description   Your career at Cundall   We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture.
