Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>BIM Automation &amp; Digital Innovation: Develop and implement advanced BIM automation workflows using Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, and C#.Create intelligent and scalable automation solutions to improve productivity and design consistency.</li><li>Computational &amp; Parametric Design: Build parametric and computational design models that adapt to evolving project requirements.Integrate data-driven methodologies to support informed engineering decisions.</li><li>Quality Assurance &amp; Model Intelligence: Implement automated QA/QC processes, advanced clash detection, and model health checks.Support precision-driven design delivery at scale through real-time validation and analytics.</li><li>Workflow Optimization: Design and maintain custom automation scripts to streamline multidisciplinary BIM workflows.Enhance efficiency across design, coordination, and documentation stages.</li><li>Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with structural, architectural, and MEP teams in a digitally integrated environment.Support the delivery of smart, sustainable, and future-ready engineering solutions.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, and C#.</li><li>Experience in developing BIM automation and computational workflows for large-scale projects.</li><li>Autodesk Revit Certification (preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 19650, Open BIM standards, and digital delivery best practices.</li><li>Exposure to sustainable design principles and emerging AI-driven methodologies is an advantage.</li></ul>
