This role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, deploying, and maintaining desktop systems, supporting Microsoft 365 applications, and delivering exceptional customer service to employees.The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and working in a fast-paced environment.Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities including but not limited to:<ul><li>Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues</li><li>Install, configure, image, and deploy desktop and laptop systems.</li><li>Support Microsoft 365 applications and workplace productivity tools</li><li>Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system</li><li>Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and system patching</li><li>Support remote users and provide onsite assistance when required</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and support records</li><li>Assist with hardware inventory, asset management, equipment deployment, and replacement activities</li><li>Support endpoint security initiatives and promote cybersecurity best practices</li><li>Collaborate with IT team members to support technology upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>College diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in desktop support, deskside support, service desk, or technical support</li><li>Strong experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications</li><li>Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common business applications</li><li>Experience working within a ticketing system such as ServiceNow.</li><li>Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team as needs arise.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Intune, Omnessa (Formerly Airwatch/WorkspaceOne), or other endpoint management tools.</li><li>Experience supporting remote users</li><li>Familiarity with Linux support is a plus</li><li>CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or other relevant technical certifications</li></ul>  Salary Range: $68,600.00-$91,400.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
