Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work safely and be quality conscious</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Safely operate power tools and manufacturing equipment</li><li>Able to read a tape measure</li><li>Comprehend and follow instructions</li><li>Ability to understand and follow established work procedures and instructions, including mandated safety guidelines</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional during peak periods</li><li>Handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Follow timelines and schedules</li><li>Work as and contribute to being a team</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and situations as they arise, notifying appropriate staff of problems beyond scope of normality</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li><li>Operate pallet jacks and carts to move parts between operations</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lb individually and 100 lbs. with a team lift on a consistent basis<ul><li>Has the ability to move tooling by pushing, pulling, or bending, up to 50lbs</li><li>Using hands to tighten bolts and manipulate parts of various sizes.</li><li>Walking to retrieve and put away mandrels and metal plates weighing up to 50 Lbs.</li></ul></li><li>Must be able to read, write and speak English</li><li>Good hand eye coordination</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>1st shift: Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm</li><li>Overtime and weekend hours as needed</li></ul>
