As a Project Manager you will drive the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion, coordinating stakeholders, managing budgets and resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring business objectives and benefits are achieved.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do as a Project Manager (IT Technical):<ul><li>Manage multiple IT projects, adopting a ‘delivery focused’ mindset and approach to drive impact and benefit as early as possible.</li><li>Manage project demands; intercept issues and risks, implementing countermeasures as required.</li><li>Ensure appropriate project governance is in place, with clear articulation across Aggreko’s IT function, Business Units and Group functions.</li><li>Identify and liaise with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with other key business objectives.</li><li>Own the project execution and leadership of the project team.</li><li>Present information on project outcomes in a timely manner and shaped to the relevant audience.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Technically proficient (4+ years’ experience) in delivering technology focused projects, preferably in the Sales &amp; CRM, Billing and Invoicing process domain.</li><li>Experience of custom development apps, AI solutions and vendor SAAS platforms.</li><li>Operating effectively in ambiguous, high-complexity environments whilst driving execution rather than PMO coordination</li><li>Managing challenging stakeholders, cross geographies and remote teams.</li><li>APM or PMI certification - practitioner desirable.</li><li>Experience in executing Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project methodologies.</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>A highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension plan, annual bonus opportunities, and Life Assurance.</li><li>Annual leave allowance of 30 days plus 3 public holidays with the flexibility to buy or sell additional days to suit your lifestyle</li><li>Opportunity for overtime based on business demand</li><li>Ongoing training and personalised development pathways to help you grow your skills and progress in your career</li><li>Paid volunteering days, giving you the chance to make a positive impact in your local community</li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, offering confidential support and resources to promote your wellbeing and a healthy work–life balance</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
