Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Enters, checks and posts incoming invoices in SAP MM/FI (using electronic workflows);</li><li>Account reconciliation and account clarification (incl. WERE account reconciliation);</li><li>Preparation and execution of timely payment runs;</li><li>Execution of intercompany (IC) netting and reconciliation of IC balances;</li><li>Contact with suppliers and processing of reminders;</li><li>Participates in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities and records intercompany accounting in the Accounts payable sub-ledger;</li><li>Performs checking and accounting travel expense reports (SAP Concur experience is desirable);</li><li>Review, account assignment, and posting of bank statements in our ERP system;</li><li>Clarification of payment differences and monitoring in collaboration with external customers;</li><li>Cash pool reconciliation including posting of cash pool interest;</li><li>Receivables management (dunning process, etc.) in collaboration with external customers;</li><li>Period-end closing activities in accounts receivable and other affiliated procedures before moth closing (sending balance lists and aging reports);</li><li>Confirmation of account balance between the entities for audit purpose.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>University degree in Economics/Accounting;</li><li>Several years of professional experience in similar position or in a related function in a professional environment (shared services desirable);</li><li>Good MS Office skills and SAP R3 (modules FI, MM);</li><li>Fluency in German and English (spoken and written);</li><li>Strong customer service orientation;</li><li>Reliability, willingness to work in a team, initiative and commitment</li><li>Effective time and self-management;</li><li>Analytical, structured way of working and high problem-solving ability;</li><li>Curiosity and understanding for innovations in the field of IT.</li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
