Responsibilities / TasksRole &amp; Responsibilities - Associate Automation Engineer• Software development and commissioning of automation systems - PLC, HMI, SCADA, MES• PLC logic development, SCADA Screen development, incorporating MES Reports.• FDS development.• Various documentation preparation.• Software FAT.• Electrical Panel FAT.• Remote site support.• Onsite commissioning support.• Partner with cross-functional teams within and outside the organization.• Working in close collaboration with GEA global &amp; local teams.• Must be able to work independently, remotely, and with minimal supervision • Must be capable of adapting quickly across job functions and responsibilitiesTasks - Associate Automation Engineer• Software Logic Development in Automation Platform Siemens/ Rockwell• HMI/SCADA Screen Development in Siemens/Rockwell • HMI/SCADA Screen Development in Ignition/Intouch added advantage.• FDS write up and development.• Incorporating MES Reports using different inhouse MES Products &amp; Tools.• Software FAT• Electrical Panel FAT.• Onsite commissioning activities.Travel requirement• The Engineer would be based in Vadodara, India office.• Extensive travel will be required, Involving extended periods on sites throughout India &amp; abroad. Your Profile / QualificationsBachelor of Engineering Degree in • Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation &amp; Controls or similar education backgroundWork Experience - Associate Automation Engineer• 3-7 year• Experience on any Pharma / Chemical Industry / Food / Beverages / Dairy / Brewery•  Background in control systems-related software design for process/equipment control Skills - Associate Automation Engineer• Experience of basic automation platform- e.g., Siemens - TIA Portal, STEP7, WinCC• Knowhow on HMIs specifically Siemens TIA HMI configuration, Siemens WinCC flexible, other systems also an advantage e.g., Rockwell, GE iFix System platform etc.• Experience of various programming languages e.g., ladder, SCL, STL, FBD• Strong software logic development and SCADA Screen development skills. • Know how of basic MES. • Experience of Danfoss/SIEMENS VFD• Experience of preparing FDS • Basic knowledge of Electrical drawing reading and components.• Basic knowledge and understanding of P&amp;ID drawing.• Good experience in onsite commissioning activities.• Know how of Profibus/Profinet and Industrial Ethernet Network components.• Experience in engineering activity with varying functions from system design to commissioning• Proficient at troubleshooting and fault findings.• Experience on other control system platform like Allen Bradley shall be added advantageDid we spark your interest?
