Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all construction equipment to ensure reliability and longevity.<br>2. Ensure all equipment meets safety regulations and standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.<br>5. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating equipment repairs with Operations management.<br>6. Tracks all rental equipment, solicit from multiple dealers to get the best prices, schedule in/out dates with Operations Management.<br>7. Manage the equipment budget, including forecasting costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.<br>8. Address and resolve equipment-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and project delays.<br>9. Establish and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and service providers.<br>10. Hire, motivate, and lead a high-performing team through coaching, top-tier talent retention, and directed recruiting efforts.<br>11.
