This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys partnering closely with technical organizations and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights. You will operate with significant autonomy while partnering directly with Engineering and R&amp;D leadership. Relocation assistance is available. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Develop department budgets (expense &amp; capital investments), monitor, and analyze actual spending against budget; report on actual performance and key performance indicators to support business decisions</li><li>Gather, review, analyze and report spending data</li><li>Drive the budget development process, particularly with the quantification of the program plan.
