Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Journeyman-level experience in the following areas: <ul><li>Carpentry (construction and maintenance)</li><li>Plumbing (troubleshooting, construction and maintenance)</li><li>Electrical (troubleshooting, construction and maintenance)</li><li>Process and building piping (construction and maintenance)</li><li>H.V.A.C. (installation, troubleshooting and maintenance)</li></ul></li><li>Perform all aspects of facility remodeling, including office and laboratory setup, teardown, and moving, floor preparation, tile setting, security system maintenance and troubleshooting, and phone network installation and support</li><li>Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
