Manages the preparation of Field Material Requisitions for tools, consumables, equipment, and servicing of equipment ensuring that the craft professionals have the tools they require to be productive.<br>7. Coordinate subcontract activities to ensure civil materials, equipment and quality comply with design plans and specifications.<br>11. Hire, motivate, and lead a high-performing team through coaching, top-tier talent retention, and directed recruiting efforts.</p><p>12. Supervises team, including training, providing work direction, problem-solving assistance, reviewing performance, recommending salary increases, promotions, transfers, demotions, and terminations.<br>13. Effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner through written and verbal communications in all interfaces with customers/public, fellow employees, vendors, etc.<br>2.
