This partnership covers the last step of getting a battery on a member's home, and it continues to scale into new territories across the country.As the primary point of contact, you will represent Base in all interactions with our installer partners and be accountable for the success of the relationship. That means driving new installer capacity, unit economics, and quality outcomes, while making sure our partners stay motivated to win alongside us. Our team builds and runs the network of subcontractor crews that makes that happen, market by market, from contract terms to crew capacity to on-site quality. When we open a new territory, this team is the reason a member's install date is real instead of a guess. The work is hands-on: negotiating rate schedules, setting capacity goals, auditing billing, and sitting across the table from installer executives to keep them building with us instead of for someone else.
