Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><div><ul><li>Direct, control, and maintain inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials across all Chem-Trend North American facilities and warehouses. </li><li>Lead, coach, and develop the inventory control team through training, performance feedback, and day-to-day guidance. </li><li>Monitor and maintain inventory control KPIs, including scrapped material, aged inventory (2+ months), obsolete, nonconforming, and slow-moving inventory. </li><li>Monitor off-site finished goods inventories to ensure compliance with shelf-life requirements. </li><li>Lead the month-end reconciliation process for finished goods and raw materials across all North American facilities and external warehouses. </li><li>Plan and coordinate annual physical inventory activities. </li><li>Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. </li></ul></div><h1>Qualifications:</h1><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience </li><li>3+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations required. </li><li>2+ years of supervisory, team lead, or functional leadership experience preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated experience analyzing inventory data, monitoring inventory performance, and supporting corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce discrepancies </li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and inventory management tools. </li></ul></div>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
