The Aftermarket Account Manager drives customer retention, account and installed base penetration, and revenue growth through the sale of service contracts, field service, training, spare parts programs, lifecycle support, and retrofit/modernization solutions. This role develops account strategies, identifies opportunities within the installed base, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value while achieving sales and profitability objectives.
