You enjoy being visible on the shop floor, building credibility with frontline teams and leading change through influence and engagement.  You will bring:<ul><li>5-10 years' experience in a Production Manager or equivalent manufacturing leadership role</li><li>Experience managing medium to large manufacturing operations within plastics, building products, FMCG, steel, heavy industrial or similar environments</li><li>A strong track record in safety, quality and operational performance improvement</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems</li><li>Experience improving OEE, productivity, waste reduction and manufacturing efficiency</li><li>Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies</li><li>Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-shift manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding</li><li>Trade, engineering or manufacturing qualifications will be highly regarded</li><li>Are agile, take ownership, curious and want to continue to develop and grow as our business grows  </li></ul>Most importantly, you are a self-starter who takes ownership, builds strong relationships by being open and collaborative, adaptable, leads by example and is passionate about implementing best practice and developing high-performing teams.Why join us?
