System Development Engineer acts as the function owner for high-voltage product systems, who can define inverter or MCU(Motor Control Unit) product requirements, cooperate with software and hardware team to implement system strategy design, and finally implement product issue trouble-shooting and participate in putting forward final solution to improve product performance under new-energy vehicle application. The candidate with EE design experience is preferred.-    The products which SYDE shall own include Inverter, boost, DCDC and OBC and other Xin1 high voltage products -    Implement stakeholder requirement analysis and define system requirement specification including functions, performance goals, boundaries, application or even system strategies. -    Transmit system requirement specifications to SW/eHW engineering team and bring all engineering competencies into one technical and project information page. -    Further study eHW and SW architecture and design schemes, analyze and identify the gap between system requirements and products and try to find possible solutions to improve products performance. -    Responsible for high voltage product trouble-shooting and issue-solving.
