Responsibilities:Standard Vessels and Heat Exchangers<ul><li>Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard separators, receivers, heat exchangers to required specifications and budgets.</li><li>Installs tubes in heat exchangers</li><li>Calculates tube reduction and executes tube rolling</li><li>Prepares water boxes and attaches to heat exchangers</li><li>Executes ASME testing per drawing instruction and special specifications</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Standard Compressor Packages<ul><li>Performs all operations in the manufacture of standard compressor packages to required specifications and budgets.</li><li>Performs all mechanical assembly in the manufacture of compressor packages not welding related.</li><li>Performs all testing required per drawing instruction and special specifications</li><li>Performs all operations necessary to prepare and paint standard product.</li><li>Assembles control panels</li><li>Mounts control panel and installs the wire harness</li><li>Performs control panel check out</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>CNC Plasma Cutting Equipment and Quickmill Machining Center<ul><li>Performs all operations to required specifications and budget</li><li>Performs required programming</li><li>Loads raw materials</li><li>Unloads cut parts, deburr as necessary</li><li>Performs routine daily maintenance</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.</li><li>Certified Vocational Degrees Preferred</li><li>Minimum Experience: Vocation Training or Less than 2 related assembly experience</li><li>Basic math skills</li><li>Comprehension of safety rules</li><li>Sit, stand, reach, walk for periods of time on concrete surface.</li><li>Ability to lift / carry 50 lbs.</li><li>Sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity to operate tools and or machinery.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>May be required to work extended hours which may include weekends and holidays.</li></ul>The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $21.00 - $26.00 per hour.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position.
