You’ll lead complex calendar stewardship, coordinate mission-critical logistics, and partner closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Company leadership to create clarity, flow, and follow-through across internal and external engagements. This is an in-person role with regular collaboration across executive leaders and staff.</div><p>As the executive assistant to the CEO, you will provide critical support across a variety of operational tasks. In this role, you’ll own the CEO’s calendar and inbox, drive scheduling and follow-up across a network of team members, investors, and partners, , and serve as a true operational partner, keeping a high-output founder focused on what matters most. Someone with strong EQ, the confidence to manage up and push back with good judgment, and experience supporting a CEO.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly scaling company.
