<p>We’re seeking a curious, experienced product manager to join the team, focusing on our VPP dispatch controls. This role will report to the Senior Product Manager, Dispatch and will collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including other product managers, engineers, data scientists, sales, solutions engineering, product marketing, and client success. </p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and extend Energy Hub’s core platform for managing distributed energy resources</li><li>Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and input from cross-functional partners</li><li>Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps </li><li>Define, prioritize, build, document, and iterate on new product features through the lens of hypotheses and validation of those hypotheses</li><li>Respond to ongoing client data needs and requests</li><li>Partner closely with other product teams to deliver against key strategic priorities</li><li>Balance long-term bets with short-term improvements, optimizing for speed of learning and time to impact</li><li>Bring a fresh perspective to our team, offering suggestions we haven’t considered, pointing out problems that need to be solved, and helping us move forward in our mission</li></ul><p><strong>What you bring: </strong></p><ul><li>2-4 years of software product management experience, with a proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions and a track record of delivering demonstrable business impact</li><li>Experience working with electric utilities or IoT, familiarity with modern grid management and planning tools and frameworks, or comparable expertise</li><li>Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders</li><li>Experience leading complex, technical projects from ambiguity to delivery </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style</li><li>Ability to think strategically and make tough prioritization decisions</li><li>Analytical abilities to frame the impact of your work</li><li>A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity</li><li>Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact</li></ul><p>Please note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.</p><p><strong>Why work for EnergyHub?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Collaborate with outstanding people:</strong> Our employees work hard, do great work, and enjoy collaborating and learning from each other.</li><li><strong>Make an immediate impact:</strong> New employees can expect to be given real responsibility for bringing new technologies to the marketplace.
