This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our custom industrial machinery and equipment.Hours: 1:30pm-10:30pm Overtime may be required, extended shifts and occasional Saturdays. Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the team lead for maintenance operations, administering the CMMS, maintaining spare parts inventory, and managing escalations, both internal and external through to resolution. </li><li>Provide supervisory oversight of the maintenance team, including setting working schedules, approving timecards, and coordinating cross-team efforts to align maintenance activities with production and facility priorities.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on custom industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.</li><li>Follow all company policies and safety protocols strictly to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.</li><li>Perform maintenance tasks independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on various equipment and systems, including electrical components and pneumatics.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, ensuring all logs are up-to-date.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide efficient solutions to minimize downtime and operational disruption.</li><li>Work closely with other departments and team members to support overall facility operations and improvements.</li></ul>Skills/Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.</li><li>3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role preferred; candidates with relevant experience outside this range will be evaluated individually.</li><li>Preferred: Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnosis and repair capability, performed independently.</li><li>Proficient with Windows-based computer systems, including troubleshooting, software installation, and system configuration.</li><li>Programming &amp; CMMS familiarity is a plus.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills..</li><li>Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions.</li></ul> Pay Range: $40-45/Hour*Base salary only. Salary is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location.**Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, stipends, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and long-term disability insurance.
