As our Working Student EVC - Poland, you will support the team in building strong customer connections, identifying new business opportunities, and helping drive the transition to cleaner mobility. Let’s dive right in: <ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li>Support the growth of our EV Charging business in CEE by identifying new leads and business opportunities.</li><li>Conduct market research and help build a qualified pipeline of potential customers across sectors such as retail, fleet, and logistics.</li><li>Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to create meaningful first connections.</li><li>Schedule meetings and support the pre-sales journey together with the Sales team.</li><li>Organise and track key projects, customer activities, and next steps in a structured way.</li><li>Collaborate on presentations, proposals, and marketing or business development initiatives.</li></ul> Your profile All right, that sounded intriguing, didn’t it? To feel confident in this role and enjoy the journey, your background could look a lot like this: <ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li>You are currently studying or have a Bachelor's level background in Business, Sales, New Mobility, or a related field.</li><li>You communicate confidently in Polish and English at C1 level, and additional languages such as Chinese are a plus.</li><li>You bring a proactive, hands-on mindset and enjoy working independently while staying focused on results.</li><li>You are interested in clean mobility, renewable energy, or technology-driven industries.</li><li>You feel comfortable using digital tools such as Excel, CRM systems, and LinkedIn for daily work.</li><li>First exposure to business development, sales support, or lead generation would be an advantage.</li></ul> Why us?
