In this field-based role, you'll work alongside experienced Team Leads to install residential solar PV systems while learning the skills needed to build a successful career in the renewable energy industry. Every day brings something different, from preparing job sites and installing solar equipment to supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality installations. New team members receive classroom and hands-on field training during their first 30 days. All tools and required safety equipment are provided, and some local travel between job sites is required.
