Main Responsibilities:<ul><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Responsible for setting and maintaining the maintenance specific training standards for personnel.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Responsible for preparing Annual plant maintenance plan and maintenance budgets in conjunction with the Superior.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Responsible to carryout tasks with minimum down time while maintaining quality.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Prepare bench marks for routine activities in terms of man hours.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Implementation of technical bulletins and service letters relevant to designated site.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Carry out any other task assigned over the period by Manager Mechanical.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Establish and implement standard O&amp;M Policies and Procedures according to Wärtsilä Pakistan Pvt.
