In this hands-on role, you'll focus on the day-to-day management of configuration control processes across diverse technical teams that underpin mission-critical applications for NASA's ongoing operations on the International Space Station (ISS) and the Artemis program, which is ushering in a new era of lunar exploration and preparing for human missions to Mars.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and distribute agendas for various Program Change boards</li><li>Submit agenda topics weekly and support admin tag‑ups for schedule alignment</li><li>Solicit, collect, and post presentations to SharePoint with efficiency and collaboration</li><li>Identify CM‑related topics through participation during multiple working group sessions on a daily basis</li><li>Serve as Secretariat: support meeting minutes and document coordination</li><li>Plan and execute configuration management tasks with engineering teams</li><li>Maintain technical baselines, configuration items, and CM documentation</li><li>Manage and continuously monitor multiple configuration management databases and required updates  </li><li>Facilitate change requests through submission, review, approval, and implementation</li><li>Maintain ECR reports, action logs, and monthly schedules</li><li>Review presentations for accuracy and security considerations</li><li>Manage, route, and archive documentation</li><li>Update and maintain data in Service Now and related repositories</li><li>Deliver Level 3 change sets and support cross‑team action items</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple parallel workflows</li><li>Experience in Configuration Management or Technical Documentation Control</li><li>Familiarity with engineering lifecycle, CM processes, and technical baselines</li><li>Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, and technical documentation systems</li></ul>Education and Experience:<h3>Requires a high school education or equivalent, plus a minimum of six years concentrated experience in configuration management or a Bachelor of Science and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
