Monitor execution of training plans, prepare regular reports and analyses, and communicate training progress, gaps, and results to key stakeholders. Promote training and development initiatives through internal communication channels, supporting the visibility and importance of capability building within the organization. Coordinate and deliver induction programs for newly hired employees, ensuring a consistent and structured start-up process. Maintain and oversee training documentation, including training records, standards, assessment results, and compliance-related materials. Cooperate with the Group / Corporate Training Team, actively participating in group-wide projects and supporting the implementation of global training solutions at plant level.
