The Business Transformation Specialist will assist leadership in establishing its strategic direction and objectives and creates long-term strategic and business development plans.General Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and create comprehensive transformation strategies, that shape the vision for future growth and competitive advantage</li><li>Conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop actionable plans to achieve goals</li><li>Oversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes.
