identify, assess, and manage technical, commercial, and execution risks, escalating issues and helping to find mitigation strategies as needed.</li><li>Maintain and manage relationships with SOLV experience, including utility-scale PV solar projects.</li><li>General knowledge of SCADA system design, setup, commissioning, and support.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage cost budgets and project resources.</li><li>Proven skills in issue escalation, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.</li><li>Experience with scheduling software (Oracle P6, Microsoft Project).</li><li>Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI).</li><li>Experience with task management tools (MS Teams, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).</li><li>Working knowledge of ERP systems for project cost management, forecasting, and reporting (e.g., CMiC).</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-disciplined organization.</li><li>Strong team collaboration and leadership capabilities.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering,
