Support 10 CFR 72.48 screenings/evaluations and change control; ensure configuration management alignment. Interpret and apply 10 CFR Parts 72 and 73 requirements to licensing and security plans; ensure compliance with ANSI/ANS standards applicable to ISFSI design, operations, quality, and emergency preparedness. Monitor and assess impacts of Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) relevant to nuclear materials, radiation protection, emergency management, environmental protection, and industrial safety as they affect ISFSI activities.
