Recognized in Time Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2025.We are an energetic and dedicated team working together to make a positive impact on the environment while providing an excellent customer experience.   We are growing quickly and looking to add talented people who are passionate about making the world a better place!</div>We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role of Finance Analyst.  In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Controller in the general oversight of accounting operations and is an essential part of delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.Why this Role is Important:The Finance Analyst serves as a key link between Operations, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance, helping to protect project margins by identifying billing discrepancies, recovering costs from contractors and manufacturers, validating installation expenses, and ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.Responsibilities:Invoice Review &amp; Processing<ul><li>Review &amp; Reconcile: Audit project-related invoices, subcontractor invoice and applications, and service orders for mathematical accuracy, appropriate backup documentation, and proper tax allocation.</li><li>Invoice Auditing: Audit high-volume service bills against purchase orders, work orders and contracted pricing.</li><li>Investigate cost variances and identify opportunities to reduce project spend.</li><li>Analyze labor, equipment, freight, crane, permitting, subcontractor, and material charges to ensure costs are properly supported.</li><li>GL Coding: Assign accurate general ledger codes and department cost centers to invoices.</li><li>Contract Compliance: Ensure billed amounts strictly adhere to negotiated contract terms, hourly rates, unit prices, and approved change orders.</li><li>Approval Routing: Code invoices correctly to the general ledger and route them through the appropriate approval workflows.</li></ul>Project Financial Analysis &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Variance Analysis: Monitor budget versus actuals, identifying potential cost overruns, billing anomalies, and profit fade early in the project lifecycle.</li><li>Budget Tracking: Assist project managers in updating and maintaining detailed project cost reports and work-in-progress (WIP) schedules.</li><li>Forecasting: Update cash flow projections based on active project schedules and invoice receipt timings.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Liaise with Operations: Regularly meet with project managers and operational leadership to review project financial performance and billing pipelines.</li><li>Support efforts to improve project-level economics and standardized installation pricing.</li><li>Dispute Resolution: Investigate billing discrepancies and collaborate directly with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve issues in a timely manner</li></ul>Reporting &amp;
