In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, support onboarding and product adoption, proactively identify opportunities for account growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also support pre-sales activities by engaging prospective business customers and identifying opportunities within new and existing accounts. This role is ideal for someone with B2B customer-facing experience who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, solving problems, and contributing to both customer success and business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and identifying opportunities for customer growth. What You’ll Do: <ul><li>Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of business customers, serving as their primary point of contact </li><li>Support customer onboarding to ensure a smooth implementation and positive customer experience</li><li>Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and helping them achieve successful outcomes</li><li>Proactively monitor customer health, product adoption, and account activity to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up and communication</li><li>Conduct regular customer check-ins and provide product updates, best practices, and insights that demonstrate ongoing value</li><li>Identify opportunities for account expansion, additional product adoption, and customer growth, partnering with Sales where appropriate</li><li>Support outbound business development by proactively engaging targeted greenfield accounts</li><li>Assist customers throughout both the sales and post-sales journey to maximize product adoption and long-term success</li><li>Maintain accurate customer information and activities within the CRM system</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes, tools, and documentation </li></ul>Who You Are: <ul><li>2+ years of experience supporting B2B customers in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Success, Sales Support, Account Coordination, or a similar customer-facing role </li><li>Experience building long-term relationships with business customers and managing multiple customer accounts</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport with customers</li><li>Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented with a genuine desire to help customers succeed</li><li>Comfortable identifying customer needs, managing competing priorities, and driving issues through to resolution</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through</li><li>Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Technical teams</li><li>Comfortable learning technical products and communicating product value to business customers </li></ul>Nice to Haves: <ul><li>Experience working in a B2B  technology, manufacturing, or renewable energy environment </li><li>Experience supporting customer onboarding, implementation, or customer adoption initiatives</li><li>Experience identifying expansion, renewal, or upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts</li><li>Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot</li><li>Experience using customer health metrics, reporting, or customer success analytics</li><li>Experience supporting both pre-sales and post-sales customer activities </li></ul>Compensation and Other Perks: <ul><li>Salary: CAD $65,000 - 90,000 per year (Actual compensation will depend on experience) </li></ul><ul><li>Annual Performance Bonus  </li></ul><ul><li>Health Spending Account </li></ul> HOW YOU CAN START YOUR JOURNEY WITH US: Let’s make the world more sustainable together!
