<ul><li>Serve as a member of the Director Leadership Team, providing strategic technical leadership and contributing to the company's long-term business growth.</li><li>Lead technical due diligence assignments for CCGT, gas engine, waste-to-energy, and biomass-to-power projects.</li><li>Provide technical advisory services during project development, feasibility studies, and project execution.</li><li>Review engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation prepared by EPC/EPCC contractors.</li><li>Conduct technical assessments of gas turbines, gas engines, and associated balance-of-plant (BOP) systems.</li><li>Review EPC/EPCC proposals, technical bids, and contractor deliverables.</li><li>Identify technical risks and develop practical mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Lead or support Lender's Engineer (LE), Owner's Engineer (OE), and Independent Engineer (IE) assignments.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, contractors, equipment suppliers, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare technical due diligence reports, engineering review reports, technical assessments, and executive presentations.</li><li>Provide technical guidance during procurement, construction, commissioning, and project execution as required.</li><li>Support business development by preparing technical proposals, participating in client presentations, and identifying new consulting opportunities.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across the power and energy sector.</li><li>Leverage an established professional network to engage with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission), TNB, DOSH, BOMBA, relevant ministries, regulators, and industry stakeholders.</li><li>Mentor and coach junior engineers and consultants while promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the organisation.</li></ul>
