In this pivotal role, you will oversee complex projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations. You will drive strategic decision-making, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain the highest standards of project delivery and operational excellence.</p><ul><li>Direct and oversee all phases of project management and construction management operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards</li><li>Develop comprehensive project strategies, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress against established metrics and adjust plans as needed</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction professionals; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement</li><li>Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks; implement proactive solutions to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity</li><li>Manage stakeholder relationships and communications, providing regular updates to executive leadership, clients, and regulatory bodies</li><li>Oversee contract management, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and ensure compliance with project requirements</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases</li><li>Analyze project performance data and financial metrics; prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align project objectives with organizational goals and strategic initiatives</li><li>Champion innovation and best practices in project management methodologies and construction management processes</li></ul>
