<div> JOB TITLE: Dispensary Inventory SupervisorAUTHORITY &amp; SUPERVISION:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Reports directly to Dispensary Manager</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Oversees Dispensary Inventory Specialists</li></ul>JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain daily stock of product on sales floor</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Execute and follow up on operational standards, policies and procedures</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Update SOPs as changes to policy and/or regulations occur and ensure compliance among team</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Implement inventory tracking systems designated by management</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within retail stores.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain and track levels of all supplies within the dispensary</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Research and correct any product variances within the inventory tracking system</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Inform Management of upcoming inventory needs</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Work closely with Dispensary management team and the Finished Goods department to coordinate product movement</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Build knowledge of METRC, Dutchie, and other inventory systems</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain a clean and organized work environment</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Other duties and special projects as assigned</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Organizational and time management skills required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Associate’s degree in Business or related experience preferred</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Minimum of 2 years of Inventory experience required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Cannabis experience preferred</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to build and maintain positive relationships in order to gain support and results</li></ul>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Minimum of 21 years of age</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Possess valid driver’s license or state ID</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must pass all required background checks</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies  </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time</li></ul> </div>
