Publishing results and utilising them to direct efforts/focus.</li><li>Liaising with all areas of the business, at all levels, together with suppliers and customers in resolving product quality related issues</li><li>Conducting layered process audits and where applicable AS9100D internal audits in order to demonstrate compliance with procedures, processes and other requirements</li><li>Attending the various business/product reviews to ensure the business is addressing all aspects of the requirement to the satisfaction of the customer</li><li>Building effective working relationships internally and externally</li><li>Verification processes to AS9102 (FAI) AS9145 (PPAP) or similar</li><li>Risk mitigation and analysis (FMEA – PFMEA/DFMEA)</li></ul>#qioptiq #LI-ON1Personal Specification:It is essential that all candidates have the following:<ul><li>    A high standard of formal education (preferably to HNC level or equivalent)</li><li>    Knowledge of AS9100 quality requirements</li><li>    A time served background in an engineering discipline </li><li>    An understanding of metrology (optical/mechanical), and problem solving tools / techniques.</li><li>Fully competent in the use of PC’s (Microsoft Office Applications) as detailed technical report generation will be required.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, a methodical approach to working, and proven attention to detail. </li><li>Proven ability to work under pressure to achieve demanding objectives.</li></ul>The following attributes are considered desirable, but not essential for the role:<ul><li>An extensive knowledge of Qioptiq products and processes, together with an understanding of the Qioptiq Management System</li><li>Familiarity with auditing techniques, although training will be given if required.</li></ul>Quality Assurance experience within a precision manufacturing environment  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
