We strive to deliver designs that are optimized for performance, quality, reliability, and cost for high-volume manufacturing at Form Factory.We are seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to serve as a cornerstone of our mechanical design integration efforts. In this high-impact role, you will orchestrate the end-to-end execution of complex mechanical programs, bridging the gap between product architecture, detailed design, and high-volume manufacturing. You will be responsible for defining program strategy, proactively identifying and mitigating technical roadblocks, and fostering cross-functional alignment between engineering, operations, and supply chain teams. As a technical leader, you will champion the successful integration of first-of-a-kind systems, ensuring we meet our aggressive timelines while maintaining the highest standards of system reliability and design-for-cost optimization. Relocation assistance is available. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Lead cross-functional mechanical design projects from concept through high-volume manufacturing, ensuring alignment with product architecture and performance requirements.</li><li>Drive project schedules, identifying critical path risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication between engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure design for cost and manufacturability (DFM) objectives are met.</li><li>Lead the coordination of first-of-a-kind build activities and system integration efforts, serving as the central point of contact for mechanical system implementation.</li><li>Manage prototyping efforts and support engineering teams in building and verifying analytical models to validate system designs.</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring:</h3><ul style=""><li>10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in mechanical engineering or complex system development.</li><li>Proven track record of managing high-complexity engineering projects, particularly in hardware development or high-volume manufacturing environments.</li><li>Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions on aggressive timelines.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering data and guide decision-making on design trade-offs.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s or MBA preferred). </li></ul>#LI-Onsite#LI-EH1Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy’s culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
